Gluten Free OREO Truffles

Ingredients

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese Block
  • 2 x 95g OREO Gluten Free Packets, crushed
  • 225g CADBURY Baking Melts Dark Chocolate
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Edible decorations, optional

Preparation

  1. Combine PHILADELPHIA and OREO cookie crumbs in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll 1 tablespoon measures into balls, place on lined tray and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl on 50% power for 2 minutes. Stir in oil and mix well.
  4. Coat each ball in melted chocolate, using 2 forks or skewers for lifting.
  5. Place balls on lined tray to set. Decorate if desired.
  6. Store in airtight container in refrigerator until required.
