Ingredients

  • 12 OREO cookies
  • 225g melted chocolate
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 12 wooden lollipop sticks
  • Baking paper

Preparation

  1. Ready to pop? Start by carefully inserting a lollipop stick into the middle of the cream filling of each OREO and lay them on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Put the baking tray in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate together with the oil in a small bowl, and mix until combined.
  3. Dip the cookies one-by-one into the chocolate mix. This is the fun bit! Make sure the chocolate is spread evenly over the OREO cookies.
  4. Decorate the cookies with your favourite toppings and leave them to cool for 30 minutes in the fridge until the chocolate has set. And there you have it, Cookie Pop time!
